Each maintenance program is customized to the unique needs of the site once an evaluation is completed.

Winter Maintenance:

  • ​​Replacing Filters

  • Check Systems for gas leaks 

  • Inspect and tighten all electrical connections

  • lubricate all bearings as necessary

  • replace belts and adjust for proper tension

  • clean burners and pilots as necessary

  • clean and inspect heat exchangers for cracks/corrosion/holes

  • check all heading operation sequences

  • verify proper operation of all safety devices

  • check and test all electrical components

  • check heating systems for proper combustion and venting

  • provide maintenance report to owner

Summer Maintenance:​

  • Replacing Filters

  • Inspect and clean indoor and outdoor coil as necessary

  • clean and check all condensation drains

  • lubricate all bearings as necessary

  • check condition of belts and adjust for proper tension

  • inspect and tighten all electrical connections

  • check refrigeration system for leaks and replace refrigerant if needed

  • check and test all electrical components for proper amp draw

  • check all air conditioning system operation sequences

  • check system operation pressures for optimum efficiency

  • verify proper operation for all safety devices

  • provide maintenance report to owner
